a person gave amount Rs 800000 through child to deposit another’s account by preparing deposit slip because he was not available in city and such amount deposited with my name but after 3-4 months accused persons attached and entered in house about 12 persons then outside of house at house where false my nephew was beaten and another nephew was beaten before my shop we went police station for lodging FIR not lodged however letter to Hospital for treatment was provided and then after getting Medical certificate it was replied by police that this is case of 337A-1 and 337 F-1 application submitted to SSP and higher authorities but no result then 22AB but District and Session Judge dismissed that there is bank transaction which shows civil dispute and even our Medical Certificate and videos were available but judge not seen then we went high court where HC also dismissed application for lodging FIR but direction for Direct Complaint now in availability of deposit slip amount deposited in my name which caused dismiss of application 22 AB even there are two police reports which are contradictory.
